Fourth of July Bean
Casserole
1/2 lb Bacon Strips, diced 1/2 lb Ground Beef 1 c Chopped Onion 28 oz Pork and Beans 16 oz Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained 15.25 oz Lima Beans, rinsed and drained 1/2 c BBQ Sauce 1/2 c Ketchup 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c packed Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Prepared Mustard 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Chili Powder |
In large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon, beef, and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish; add all beans and mix well. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir into beef and bean mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook 15 minutes longer. |
